Thank you for shopping with Athlete Recovery HQ. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and total order weight.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (where applicable)

Carrier selection depends on order size, destination, and service availability.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package in real time

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to inaccuracies

  • Additional fees incurred for address corrections

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at 570-720-7845 or support@athleterecoveryhq.com.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Athlete Recovery HQ is no longer liable.

If your package is:

Lost:

We will assist with filing a carrier claim after the standard waiting period.

Stolen:

Please check with neighbors or local carriers first. Stolen packages are not refundable, but we may offer assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will help resolve the issue with the carrier.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder:

  • Your order will ship once all items are available

  • You will receive updates via email

  • You may contact us to split shipments (additional fees may apply)
