Thank you for shopping with Athlete Recovery HQ. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the original packaging

  • In resellable condition

  • Free from wear, damage, or alterations

Any item that is used, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items, including:

  • Used recovery tools

  • Massage guns with signs of use

  • Opened wearable items (braces, sleeves, wraps)

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.


3. Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@athleterecoveryhq.com

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if required)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective on arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items not in original condition

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Items rejected after inspection


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

For size changes or preference-based exchanges, a return must be processed first, and a new order placed.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of the damage

  3. We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they have not shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
